The UMX Genesis testers campaign officially ended at 23:59 (UTC+8) on August 31, 2026. We sincerely thank every user who participated in the public beta. Your real trading experience and product feedback have provided valuable insights for the continuous optimization of UMX.
Reward calculation and distribution schedule
After the campaign ends, we will conduct a unified reward calculation and expect to complete all distributions within 7 business days. The specific arrangements are as follows:

Genesis Platform ID Claim Process
Only users who have met the full Genesis Public Beta clearance conditions (completed the qualification criteria of all four experience stages, submitted valid product feedback, and completed the survey) are eligible to claim a limited-edition Genesis Platform ID (666001–666999):
- Obtain the selection link: Users will receive an email notification within 7 business days. Please note that the number selection link is valid for 7 days. Failure to select a number within the validity period will be regarded as automatic forfeiture.
- Select and bind: After opening the link, select a number and confirm. The Premium ID will be bound and displayed next to your avatar within 1 business day.
- First come, first served. Each Premium ID can only be bound by one user.
How to Check My Rewards?
- USDT Cash: Assets → Fund Details (Crypto) → Fund Flow
- UMX Points: Account → Points Record
- VIP Benefits: Account → VIP Level Benefits

- Product feedback submitted during the public beta is still under continuous evaluation. Suggestions that are subsequently adopted will be notified separately, and the corresponding points will be issued accordingly.
