III. Event terms

1. Anti-fraud clause: To protect the platform ecosystem and take firm action against malicious volume farming, the following will not count toward qualification for any stage, and the platform reserves the right to disqualify the account and claw back any rewards already paid:
   - Wash trading, volume farming, or fake trades between accounts linked by the same user (matching IP, device, funding source, payout address, etc.)
   - Trading volume or trading pairs with zero or negative fees
   - Automated or repeated participation via scripts, bots, or bulk account registration
   - Any other abnormal or malicious point-farming activity identified by the platform's risk systems
    
2. Eligibility: Only users who have completed identity verification may participate. Each individual or entity may participate with one account only; participation across multiple accounts will be combined for calculation and may result in disqualification.
    
3. Regional restrictions: Under applicable laws and regulatory requirements, UMX may be unavailable in certain countries or regions, or restricted for specific jurisdictions or user types. Refer to the platform's rules for details.
    
4. Product classification and risk disclosure: This event involves two distinct categories of financial products — securities account products (US stocks, US stock ETFs, US stock options) and virtual asset products (crypto spot, margin, futures, US stock tokens/RWA) — each with different compliance frameworks and risk levels. Read the relevant risk disclosure before participating. Wealth APRs are current expected rates and do not constitute a guaranteed return; past and expected returns are not indicative of future performance, and final settlement is determined at maturity. When using cross-asset margin (such as US stock RWA or Wealth assets as margin), a decline in the price of the collateral or the position may trigger liquidation; if both decline simultaneously, losses may further expand and could result in the loss of the entire principal or even more. 5. Reward distribution:
   - Cash task rewards: After account verification, complete the designated tasks. Paid to eligible accounts within 7 business days after the campaign ends.
   - VIP 7 exclusive fee rates: After securities account KYC is approved, platform completes the setup on T+1 and the rates take effect.
   - US stock L2 market data: Granted or activated automatically once your securities account is verified.
   - Wealth rate boost: Activates automatically once your crypto account is verified.
   - US stock transfer-in subsidy: Paid out once your dedicated relationship manager or customer support confirms your transfer and fee receipt. Capped at 150 USDT. Payouts for all eligible users start counting from Day 31 after campaign launch, not from the date each user submits their receipt, and arrive within 7 business days.
   - Risk control review: All rewards go through a risk review before payout. We may withhold or cancel a reward if an account shows abnormal trading, breaks the rules, or hasn't completed identity verification (KYC).
    
6. Disclaimer: The platform holds final interpretation rights for this event. The platform reserves the right to adjust the event rules based on actual circumstances, including but not limited to ending the event early, adjusting the ratio or method of reward distribution, and determining abnormal trading and revoking the related eligibility, and decisions on whether users are entitled to rewards and the relevant amounts. UMX reserves the right to change, revise these event terms or cancel the event at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes will be subject to official announcements and will take effect without separate individual notification. When placing orders in the system, the platform will make reasonable efforts to execute them in accordance with the user’s instructions, but does not guarantee that any order will be filled, does not guarantee execution at the specified price or the best available price, and does not guarantee the timeliness of execution. Market fluctuations, system delays, platform rule restrictions, insufficient liquidity, third-party reasons or other factors may result in slippage, partial fills, duplicate fills, non-execution or cancellation.
