I. Event duration

II. Event rules
This event is made up of two components:
- Stage rewards: Complete each stage to earn an exclusive reward.
- Full rewards package: Complete all 4 stages to unlock everything on offer.

¹ Definitions: RWA (Real World Asset tokenization products) refers to on-chain tokenized products pegged to traditional assets such as US stocks. A "short position" means a position that shorts the relevant futures contract. "Margin" means assets pledged to open a leveraged or futures position. See the event page and Help Center for more.
² "Cumulative trading" is calculated as two-way volume (buys plus sells) during the event period, with no limit on the number of times positions are opened or closed.
Public-beta exclusive benefit: Boosted Wealth APR (separate from the prize pool above):
- BTC 90-day Fixed Savings at 2.5% APR (earnings paid in BTC)

2. Full package: Complete all 4 stages to unlock the full rewards package
Unlock condition: Complete the qualifying tasks in all 4 stages (fully meet the criteria for Stages 1–3, and in Stage 4, submit both 1 valid product suggestion and complete the survey).
Rewards:
- VIP 7 fee rates for 3 months, starting once the event ends and active within 7 business days.
- Limited-edition "666xxx" Genesis ID, permanently bound to your account and shown next to your avatar. Only 999 available, so contact support to claim your ID once unlocked (pick another number if your first choice is taken).

III. Event terms
1. Anti-fraud clause: To protect the platform ecosystem and take firm action against malicious volume farming, the following will not count toward qualification for any stage, and the platform reserves the right to disqualify the account and claw back any rewards already paid:
- Wash trading, volume farming, or fake trades between accounts linked by the same user (matching IP, device, funding source, payout address, etc.)
- Trading volume or trading pairs with zero or negative fees
- Automated or repeated participation via scripts, bots, or bulk account registration
- Any other abnormal or malicious point-farming activity identified by the platform's risk systems
2. Eligibility: Only users who have completed identity verification may participate. Each individual or entity may participate with one account only; participation across multiple accounts will be combined for calculation and may result in disqualification.
3. Regional restrictions: Under applicable laws and regulatory requirements, UMX may be unavailable in certain countries or regions, or restricted for specific jurisdictions or user types. Refer to the platform's rules for details.
4. Product classification and risk disclosure: This event involves two distinct categories of financial products — securities account products (US stocks, US stock ETFs, US stock options) and virtual asset products (crypto spot, margin, futures, US stock tokens/RWA) — each with different compliance frameworks and risk levels. Read the relevant risk disclosure before participating. Wealth APRs are current expected rates and do not constitute a guaranteed return; past and expected returns are not indicative of future performance, and final settlement is determined at maturity. When using cross-asset margin (such as US stock RWA or Wealth assets as margin), a decline in the price of the collateral or the position may trigger liquidation; if both decline simultaneously, losses may further expand and could result in the loss of the entire principal or even more. 5. Reward distribution:
- Cash and points rewards: Open and verify your securities account, then complete the tasks to qualify. Rewards are paid to eligible accounts within 7 business days after the event ends.
- VIP 7 fee rates: Configured and active within 7 business days after the event ends.
- Limited-edition Genesis ID: Once you unlock the full rewards package, contact support or your account manager to claim it. The ID is permanently bound once confirmed.
- US Stock L2 Market Data: Granted automatically once your securities account is verified.
- Wealth APR boost: Activated automatically once your crypto account is verified.
- All rewards go through a risk review before payout. We may withhold or cancel a reward if an account shows abnormal trading, breaks the rules, or hasn't completed identity verification (KYC).
6. Disclaimer: The platform holds final interpretation rights for this event. The platform reserves the right to adjust the event rules based on actual circumstances, including but not limited to ending the event early, adjusting the ratio or method of reward distribution, and determining abnormal trading and revoking the related eligibility, and decisions on whether users are entitled to rewards and the relevant amounts. UMX reserves the right to change, revise these event terms or cancel the event at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes will be subject to official announcements and will take effect without separate individual notification. When placing orders in the system, the platform will make reasonable efforts to execute them in accordance with the user’s instructions, but does not guarantee that any order will be filled, does not guarantee execution at the specified price or the best available price, and does not guarantee the timeliness of execution.
