I. Event timeline
- Sign-up window: Public beta period, 10 August, 2026, 12:30 – 31 August, 2026, 23:59 (UTC+8). Refer to the official announcement and event page for exact times.
- How to sign up: During the public beta, register your email at https://www.umx.com/register.
- The official launch date will be announced separately. All day counts in this announcement run from the day of official launch (counted as Day 1), and are unrelated to the sign-up window (public beta period) above.

Reward eligibility and deadline: Only users who signed up during the public beta, then register after official launch, are eligible. Within 30 days of official launch, early bird users must register with their sign-up email and complete securities account verification. This happens in two steps:- Activate your benefits (within 30 days of official launch): Register with your sign-up email and complete securities account verification. This automatically activates your sign-up benefits, like APR boosts and VIP rates.- Claim your trading rewards (within the same 30 days): Once your account is verified, complete the trading flow tasks to earn your cash reward (up to 100 USDT) and a point bonus for the first 100 finishers.
- Event end date: Counting from the day of official launch, you have until Day 30 to qualify, and the event officially ends on Day 31. If you haven't finished registration, verification, or the trading-flow tasks by then, you'll automatically lose early bird eligibility, with no extensions.
- Reward payout (calculated on one fixed date, not per user): Your cash reward and points bonus both start their payout countdown from Day 31, the event end date, no matter which day you actually finish your tasks. Payout arrives within 7 business days.

¹ Definitions: RWA (Real World Asset tokenization products) refers to on-chain tokenized products pegged to traditional assets such as US stocks. A "short position" means a position that shorts the relevant futures contract. "Margin" means assets pledged to open a leveraged or futures position. See the event page and Help Center for more.
² "Cumulative trading" is calculated as two-way volume (buys plus sells) during the event period, with no limit on the number of times positions are opened or closed.
Wealth APR boost details
APR boosts only apply to products that aren't being used as margin. Boosted earnings are paid in the same currency as the product: USDT Fixed Savings pays interest in USDT, BTC Fixed Savings pays interest in BTC.

III. Important notes
1. Anti-fraud clause: To protect the platform ecosystem and take firm action against malicious volume farming, the following will not count toward qualification for any stage, and the platform reserves the right to disqualify the account and claw back any rewards already paid:
- Wash trading, volume farming, or fake trades between accounts linked by the same user (matching IP, device, funding source, payout address, etc.)
- Trading volume or trading pairs with zero or negative fees
- Automated or repeated participation via scripts, bots, or bulk account registration
- Any other abnormal or malicious point-farming activity identified by the platform's risk systems
2. Eligibility and deadlines: The official launch date will be announced separately. Trading rewards only pay out once the corresponding tasks are completed within that same 30-day window. The event officially ends on Day 31 after official launch. Users who haven't completed registration, identity verification, or the trading tasks within 30 days automatically lose early bird eligibility, with no extensions on any benefits.
3. Regional restrictions: Under applicable laws and regulatory requirements, UMX may be unavailable in certain countries or regions, or restricted for specific jurisdictions or user types. Refer to the platform's Terms of Service for details.
4. Product classification and risk disclosure: This event involves two distinct categories of financial products: securities account products (US stocks, US stock ETFs, US stock options) and virtual asset products (crypto spot, leverage, futures/contracts, US stock tokens/RWA), each with different compliance frameworks and risk levels. Please read the relevant risk disclosure documents before participating. Wealth APRs are current expected rates and do not constitute a guaranteed return; past and expected returns are not indicative of future performance, and final settlement is determined at maturity. When using cross-asset margin (such as US stock RWA or Wealth assets as margin), a decline in the price of the collateral or the position may trigger liquidation; if both decline at once, losses may be further amplified and could result in the loss of all principal or even more. 5. Reward distribution:
- Trading cash and points rewards: Complete the designated tasks after your account is verified. Cash rewards are capped at 100 USDT total per user, plus a separate 1,000-point bonus for the first 100 finishers. Payouts for all eligible users start counting from Day 31 after official launch, regardless of when each user personally finished their tasks, and arrive within 7 business days.
- VIP 7 exclusive fee rates: Configured and activated the day after your securities verification is approved (T+1).
- Limited-edition Genesis ID: Once your account is verified, contact support or your account manager to claim it. Numbers are allocated in sign-up order, first come first served, until they run out. If your preferred number is already taken, you can choose another. Once confirmed, the ID is permanently bound to your account.
- Wealth rate boost: Activates automatically once your crypto account is verified.
- US stock L2 market data: Granted or activated automatically once your securities account is verified.
- US stock transfer-in subsidy: Paid out once your account manager or support confirms your transfer and fee receipt. Capped at 150 USDT. This falls within the same 30-day early bird activation window; payouts for all eligible users start counting from Day 31 after official launch, not from the date each user submits their receipt, and arrive within 7 business days.
- Risk review: All rewards are subject to platform risk review before payout. If an account shows abnormal trading, violates the rules, or hasn't completed identity verification, the platform may withhold or cancel the reward.
6. Disclaimer: The platform holds final interpretation rights for this event. The platform reserves the right to adjust the event rules based on actual circumstances, including but not limited to ending the event early, adjusting the ratio or method of reward distribution, determining abnormal trading and revoking the related eligibility, as well as deciding whether users receive rewards and the related amounts. UMX reserves the right to change, amend, or cancel these event terms at its sole discretion at any time; changes will be announced officially, without further individual notice.When users place orders, the platform will make reasonable efforts to execute them in accordance with user instructions, but does not guarantee that orders will be filled, does not guarantee execution at the specified price or the best price, and does not guarantee the timeliness of execution.
