USD deposits through The Bank of New York Mellon (BNY) are now live. You can wire USD directly to the BNY beneficiary account shown in your account, and the underlying banking services for your USD are provided by BNY — one of the world's largest and longest-established custodian banks.
What's new
- Banking services from a leading global custodian. Your USD is supported by BNY's underlying banking infrastructure, strengthening the safeguarding of your funds.
- Direct USD wires to a BNY beneficiary account. Tap Add Funds (on the Home or Assets tab) → Add Funds (Home page or Asset page ) → Deposit USD → select "The Bank of New York Mellon (BNY)" → wire funds using the instructions displayed.
- Large-value deposits supported. The channel is built for institutional and high-net-worth wire sizes, with more efficient crediting and a clearer settlement path.
Before you wire
- Use the exact wire instructions shown in the app. Any mismatch in the beneficiary name, account number, or reference may delay your deposit or cause the funds to be returned.
- For large-value wires, notify us in advance. Contact your relationship manager or our online support team and we will arrange dedicated handling.
